A double room with en-suite shower room in a house share, is available in a pretty cottage.
Two tenants are in residence and we are seeking a young, fun, professional person to join them.
The landlords don't live in the house and are keen that you consider the house your home. They are considerate and quick to respond to requests.
The house is nicely furnished and the bedroom can be let partially furnished or unfurnished. The room has a TV Arial socket, a new double bed, hanging space, drawers etc.
The monthly charge includes Council Tax, utilities, broadband and TV licence.
The house has a fully fitted kitchen (washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer plus microwave etc.) downstairs cloakroom, lounge (52inch TV), family bathroom, double glazing, gas central heating and a nice courtyard garden for summer barbecues.
The house is in the centre of Fernhurst with free off street parking, local pub, convenience shops and restaurants (eat in and takeaway). It is in easy travelling distance of Haslemere station with regular train services to Guildford and London. It is also in easy reach of the A3, Guildford, Midhurst and Chichester by car.
