Cabin constructed July 2020. The cabin is located 100 feet from the main house and provides a peaceful retreat in this idyllic village with a view of an 11th Century Church.
Subsequent to this photo it now has a private fenced garden.

The rent is inclusive of all bills. It is fully insulated, warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

The Garden Cabin is ideal for a short tenancy or Monday to Friday rental (a discount to the monthly rent will be applied)

The washing machine and drying area are in the utility room of my home. Access is via the back door and will not disturb me.

The property is suitable for single occupancy. It has been designed and equipped for short term living. Overnight guests by arrangement with the owner. It is 20 square meters in total

The location is rural, buses once an hour to Farnham. Located in a delightful village with a pub, village shop, church, cricket green and more.
