I am looking for a considerate, professional, non-smoker to take occupancy of my spare double en-suite room and generally share the house and garden in a quiet and peaceful area of Frimley Green.

LOCATION: a 2 minute walk from a convenience store, chemist, petrol station, bakery, pub and takeaways and is 5 minutes walk to SC Johnson, a 3 minute drive to Frimley Park Hospital, and 15 minutes walk to Farnborough North train station.

AMENITIES: Fully furnished including 42" flat screen TV with Virgin Media freeview & Netflix, and very high speed broadband wifi. The room includes fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle (with cups, glasses, plates, bowls & cutlery). The en-suite bathroom consists of toilet, hand basin and power shower.

Room cleaned weekly if required, bed linen and towels are provided, again if needed.

In addition, the room adjacent to the one you will be occupying is available for storage if required.

The garden is a large corner plot mainly laid to lawn with a patio area outside the kitchen. There is a large front drive with ample off-road parking.

The household is pet-free at the moment, at a peaceful location in a well-regarded area.

Rates are:
£475 per calendar month for 5 days & nights a week
or
£525 per calendar month seven days & nights a week.

NO bills or additional costs.

Refundable deposit of £450 required
