Lovely, large, part-furnished, ground floor room available in our home for a single professional person/hardworking student in Godalming. Rent includes all utility bills, council tax and a good broadband connection (but not landline telephone). The room is generous enough to be a bed/sitting room and study. The furniture includes a large desk, bookshelves, a double bed and sofa, if required. (NB The photo shows a single bed but there is a queen size bed for the room.) Single non-smoker and non-vaper only. A video tour is available on request. An educational and employment CV is required before viewing in person. References (including one from a current employer/college) are essential. This room is ideal for a country lover as it has beautiful views, a large garden with terrace, and is two minutes’ walk from the River Wey. The rugby club and Farncombe Leisure Centre are also within walking distance. It is a 20-minute walk through Broadwater Park to Farncombe railway station. The new lodger must be an animal lover – two small dogs live in the house. Off-road parking is available.. Please note that the room is not suitable for couples. This room can be available Monday to Thursday at a cheaper rate.
