I'm looking for a professional house mate who i can get on with, and shares some similar interests.

I don't really drink, don't smoke and all round pretty stress free when it comes to home life.

The room comes furnished with a new bed and matress from John Lewis and built in wardrobe/storage. and your own bathroom. I also have a spare desk that i can move into the room if it is required.

Shared Utility/kitchen/living/dining areas.
Lots of kitchen cupboard storage, and aditional storage in the lader under the stairs.

Ulitity room (not pictured) has a fridge freezer and washing machine.

I have just moved into the house after renovating it, so it's all newly kitted out.

Just a 10 minute walk to Godalming station with a direct line to Waterloo, Godalmiong is a perfect place to commute from.

The road itself is permit holder parking, but there is a space included with the room on the driveway.

BT Broadband, WATER, GAS , ELECTRICITY AND COUNCIL TAX BILLS ARE ALL INCLUDED
