Looking for a professional and mature person to rent a furnished double bedroom in my two bedroom maisonette, to share with myself and my two small, cheeky dogs. Professional weekday lodger only.

I am a friendly, clean and tidy 35 year old professional female and I am looking for someone like minded to move in.

I work full time from home, so someone who works during the day out of the house is a must. Ideally located for Gatwick staff, previous lodger worked locally 3 days per week and rented the room for when he was in the area.

Someone who I can get on with and have a natter with when we’re both home would be nice but with respect for each others need for space and privacy too. Animal friendly and used to rural life is a must, as whilst my home is clean and tidy, my two dogs are part of the family and will require lots of cuddles and do sometimes leave muddy footprints about the place or curl up on the sofa!

Situated in Godstone within walking distance of the village and with access straight onto the M25/M23, Gatwick Airport and a short drive to several mainline stations into central London.

Last lodger was relocated with work but had been here for 14 months.
No short term stays, minimum 3 months.
