Luxury 5 bedroom House in Godstone

Our house is located at the foot of the north downs which is a beautiful spot for walking, running and cycling.

Godtsone village is 10min from Redhill and Oxted main line stations to the south coast and London. London travel time is approx. 35 minutes. By road we are right on junction 6 of the M25 and Gatwick Airport is just 15min drive.

About the House
Rebuilt in 2012 it provides 5 bedrooms with their own shower rooms or bathroom. The living area consists of open plan hallway that connects the downstairs WC, Kitchen dinning, Study, Lounge, utility and games room.

The housemates keep the place spotless and there is also a cleaner that comes in every other Tuesday and cleans all of the communal spaces and then does some Ironing on the other Tuesday.

About the room
Furnished double bedroom with its own en suite. The room overlooks a stunning lake at the back of the house and benefits from built in cupboards and storage shelves.

About us
Kevin [thats me] I work in London for a construction company and look after teams of fit out professionals. At the weekends I run a Yacht charter company and skipper experienced and novice crew on how to sail.

I enjoy all types of sports, sailing, skiing, cycling, squash and running, need to do a bit more if I’m honest.

Recently I felt that I had to help the Ukrainian people and offered up two rooms one for Marina and one for her 10 year old child Dante. They are both wonderful
