The newly renovated house is located in the central Guildford and near Surrey University. It takes only five minutes walking to Guildford business park and there is 20 minutes walking distance to Guildford train station. The bus can also take you from the front of the house to town centre for just 7 minutes. 2 supermarkets are also on your doorstep.

It is a shared house which is professionally managed. Each room is decorated to a high standard. Each room has a private shower and basin in, one toilet is shared between the occupants in these two rooms. These two rooms have a separate entrance and face to a beautiful southern facing garden, with a decking area to rest in a good weather.

If you are looking for somewhere like home to comfortably live, the earlier viewing is recommended.

What we are looking for:

Each rooms is suitable for a professional individual who works about 9-5, a mature and responsible student will be considered.

We do accept couples, but you have to take two rooms together so the second room can be used for a private living space

We will conduct a tenant check before signing the contract. To conduct the checking. we need you to provide us with the information regarding your identity and enployment contract.

Bills
One month rent for deposit and the room is fully furnished and all bills are included. The rent period is between 6-10 months.
