A Double En-Suite available in a Victorian semi-detached house roughly 15 minutes walk into central Guildford (or 5 mins on a bus, with the bus stop right outside the house).

The room is fully furnished and has new flooring (dark oak) with vintage bathroom tiles fitted in the en-suite.

It's a 3 bed house, two bathrooms with a living room and dining room, along with a lovely garden with flowers, a bbq and firepit.

The living room has a 55 inch TV and we have a PS4, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Now TV so you'll always have something to watch!

We have 350mbps internet (really fast)

The kitchen has a washing
machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There's loads of room in the American style fridge freezer as well.

All bills are included.

Absolutely must like cats as we have 2 ragamuffins who love to snuggle.

We're all professionals who like to hang out in the evenings, sometimes binge watch series and have a glass of wine as well as going to a pub quiz when we can. Occasionally go 'out out' in Guildford (pre lockdown) otherwise like to sit in the garden for a couple with the fire.
