Double room in a country house. All the bills are included, including council tax etc., fast internet fibre connection is included. The room is fully decorated with a double bed, bedside table and a wardrobe. If preferred a single bed can be provided to gain more free space in the room and also can provide a single sofa. A separate kitchen is available with a fridge, oven, microwave, hob, washing machine and dryer. Shared bathroom with bath & shower. There is private parking on the driveway to the house, and secure surroundings with local shops nearby.

Guildford Town Centre is 7 minutes away by car and the house is right next to Whitmoor Common down a private road, with many nice Country pubs nearby. Worplesdon train station is 5 minutes away and 10, easy access to A3, 5 minutes away.

The house has 7 bedrooms, with a friendly live-in owner. I am looking for a professional non-smoker who is easy to get on with. No couples, please.

You will likely require a car as the nearest bus line into Guildford is about 6/7 minutes walk away.

I do have a 3-year-old teenager German Sheperd but so far his main ability is to lick people and hear when Amazon is dropping things off but is super friendly.
