Double bedroom - cheap rent, friendly housemates

Hello!!

We are a really friendly house, in a convenient location and cheap rent.

The house has an open living/dining/kitchen, complete with everything you need: sofas, TV, dining table and chairs and all kitchen equipment, cutlery, plates provided. We love our dishwasher! We have the bonus of a conservatory which leads into a good sized garden big enough for BBQs. There is also a brick built shed which is good for bike storage. There is a large downstairs bathroom and an upstairs shower room. We have unlimited internet broadband.

The house is located within 20mins walk from the centre of town, 15mins walk from Guildford train station and 5mins drive to the A3. There is a local Co-op and Boots Pharmacy and Post Office under a minute walk away, always handy when you run out of milk or need chocolate!

The bedroom available comes with a mattress, double wardrobe with full length mirrors and bed side table. You will need to provide any other storage or furniture you want.

All bills are included in the monthly payment listed above. All bills are paid into a rent account which has been set up especially and this all works very well, we're never short. This account also covers house essentials like cleaning products and loo roll.

We are a social house and enjoy spending time together in the evenings when we are in together, we have occasional house meals together and also enjoy social events.
