I'm ideally looking for a friendly, clean and considerate person to join the house. Students are also welcome, however the house is in a quiet residential area and would like anyone who wants to move in to respect other persons in the neighbouring properties. I prefer a female housemate as all the other housemates are female.

kitchen/living room:

Kitchen equipped with AEG 4 ring electric hob, built in oven + grill, microwave, Washing machine / tumble dryer, large fridge freezer, storage + kitchen utensils/equipment. Table + chairs as well as comfortable sofa also available in living room.

Location:

Ideal location close to Guildford town centre. Frequent bus service available to Guildford town center.

Spar/Starbucks/Greggs and Subway are all located within an Esso gas station which is located within 5 minute walk.

Services:

Virgin fibre optic broadband is available throughout the house. Central heating throughout with thermostatic valves in each bedroom controlling the temperature of the room.

Rent:

Monthly rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax and broadband).

Parking available on the driveway + additional parking on street.
