House located 5 minutes from the top of the high street and 15 minutes walk to Guildford train station. Rent includes unrestricted access to all communal spaces, everything is evenly split between all house mates.

Shared bills including council tax is around £100 a month ontop of Rent.

Based on a beautiful quiet street, the room looks out over the back garden. Space to fit a double bed and small wardrobe. Large kitchen and shared bathroom. The living room is a nice place to relax in the evening and chat if any one is about. There is Guildford council permit parking on the street, but getting a space can be difficult.

Current flatmates include a wonderful young lady who is Spanish, and a Frenchman. All are professionals.

Looking for a young professional, who is easy going but able to talk things through if there are any house issues.

Under the house rules set by the landlady, we can't accept students, those out of work, couples who are looking to live together, people with pets. I can only apologise about this.

Viewings due to work commitments will have to be late in the evening, 19:30 ish, and weekends.

The paper work is all completed by a local estate agent, with no fees due to new UK regulations.
