Room available in a lovely house by the river. Parking available and public transport links into Guildford Centre and London. Price includes bills. I am also happy to have a tenant Monday to Friday only for £450.

About the room:

This room has plenty of storage and lovely views over a large pretty garden. I also have a desk available if required.
There is now a double bed in the room. Can have a single bed if preferred.

About the house:

The house has a large kitchen and living room plus a conservatory. The bathroom has a bath and shower.

About the area:

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac by the river, near to a beautiful nature reserve.

We are within a five-minute walk of a Sainsbury's and an Aldi. There's also a parade of shops and restaurants nearby.

I live two minutes from the A3 which is half an hour drive to London. The nearest station is a five-minute drive/40 minute walk. (London Road Station, 50 minutes to Waterloo) . Guildford Mainline station is a 10-minute drive. (Waterloo 30 minutes).

About me:

I am a health care professional and I share my home with a lovely little dog who is very friendly. I enjoy going for walks, running and spending time with my daughters. My youngest daughter is currently living at home (22 Years old).

I am looking for a trustworthy person to rent out my spare room. I would like a professional person or student who doesn't mind living with a dog.
