A little bit about who else lives in the house, you will be living with two other females aged between 26 and 31 years old, Katy and Jen are both professionals working in Guildford, one is a Teacher and one is an Osteopath. Both tidy, considerate and friendly people who would love someone to join the house. They are looking for someone who will be happy to help out around the house, socialise occasionally and join them for a drink at weekends, as well as someone who is respectful of other peoples space and belongings.

The monthly rent will include all bills; high speed internet, gas, electricity, water, council tax and netflix. The house has all the white goods as well as all the other amenities you would need. Brand new oven and double american style fridge freezer, loads of cupboard space.

The house is 5 minutes drive to the centre of Guildford, 5 minutes drive to the university, close to great walks along the canal, 5 minutes walk to local shops, pubs and queen Elizabeth park as well as close to public transport all whilst being far enough away to be a quiet peaceful home!
