Currently looking for a full-time female student studying at the university of Surrey to come live with us.

A double room is available in an 8 bedroom house. The room includes a double bed, a study table and chair, a wardrobe, wall shelves, a radiator and a notice board.

All housemates are females and of different ethnicities so it's a very diverse household.

The house includes 3 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a lovely garden. The kitchen is newly refurbished and includes 2 washing machines, a dryer, 2 dishwashers, 2 electrical induction hobs, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, a microwave, plenty of cabinets for storage and 2 big refrigerators.

It's only a 7 minute walk to university and an 8 minute walk to Tesco.

The rent is £590 a month including all bills.

All housemates are pretty chill and on the quieter side so there won't be any noises or disturbances during exam time.

Also, the rent is already paid till the end of September and NO deposit required.
