Bathroom with shower. There are other bathrooms in the house which you can use for a bath. There is private parking on the driveway to the house with secure surroundings.

Guildford Town Centre is 7 minutes away and the house is right next to Whitmoor Common down a private road, with access to many nice Country pubs etc. 5 minutes drive to Worplesdon train station and access to A3 5 minutes away. The house is a wonderful home with a friendly live-in owner.
