The available bedroom

Large en-suite double room available in a huge property in Queen Elizabeth Park, Guildford. The room can be available between June and early August as I am flexible. We’re a friendly and welcoming group who all get on very well and enjoy spending time together. We’ve all lived together for a while, some of us for seven years!

The house is in a quiet close in a nice area. We’re less than two miles from the town centre, easy access to the a3 for commuting, and close to small shops, supermarkets and lovely outdoor space.

Bills are just under £150 per month on top of the rent and includes council tax, water, gas, electric, cleaner (two hours per week), and tv and internet bundle. We rent through a letting agency and the rent cost is fixed until August 2022.

The room is partially furnished with
large built-in wardrobes, a double bed and mattress, and shelf above the bed (you would probably want to bring bed side tables / chest of drawers and curtains). The en-suite has a shower, toilet and sink.

The rest of house includes a large kitchen with dining table and breakfast bar, living room with TV and plenty of space for everyone, office / spare room, and a shared large bathroom and downstairs toilet. The kitchen has two ovens, two large fridge/freezers, a dishwasher and plenty of storage space. We also have a double garage mainly used for storage. Outdoors there’s two allocated parking spaces and we never struggle to find somewhere to park within a few metres of the house. We’ve got a large garden with table and chairs and a BBQ (although the garden doesn’t now look at pristine as in the picture - green fingered housemate welcomed! 🙂)
