2 bright, spacious double rooms available now in a 4 bedroom young professional house share. The house and rooms are newly refurbished.

Room 1 includes a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, desk with chair, black out blinds and curtains. The room is on the second floor with large windows with greenery outside.

Room 2 is larger with a king size bed, nightstand, spacious wardrobe, large desk with office chair, blackout blinds and curtains. The room is on the second floor with a lovely view towards the town, river and riverbank.

Central gas heating, high-speed Virgin media internet and all bills included. We have 2 private parking spaces and on-street parking.

Kitchen is equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, oven, washing machine and all cooking utensils.

Shared living room, kitchen and private garden with shed. There’s 2 bathrooms so each one is only shared with 1 other person and there’s an additional 1 WC in the hallway. There’s also a large private access garden by the river.

Ideal housemate is tidy, friendly and respects other housemates and our neighbours. Current housemates are 2 young professionals, working as 3d artists. We're friendly and social, while also respecting each others privacy. We highly value keeping the common areas clean and tidy, so they’re nice to use for everyone :)

20 min walk to the University of Surrey and train station, 25 mins walk to Guildford town centre.
