Double room available in this modern 2 bed Victorian house located at the rear entrance to Guildford train station. Sharing with one other sociable and sporty professional - that's me the landlady :)

On the ground floor the house has a cosy shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a built in dishwasher, fridge/freezer/gas oven/washer-drier. The living room has a wall mounted brand new smart TV with High speed fibre broadband.

Bathroom is shower over bath and if you are over 6ft 2 tall then you will not fit under it.

There is a sunny grass garden to the rear with nice space for sunbathing and BBQ's on the patio.

The room available is the one at the front of the house, it is a good size, furnished with a double bed with storage space underneath, bedside table, wardrobe, 2 chests of draws, and a built in cupboard.

It has a nice feature of the original Victorian fireplace now not in use and looks out onto Guildford Park road. There is also space for storage in the boarded out loft.

The house is in a fab location, close to everything, 5 minutes walk from the town centre, right by the train station, local shops round the corner and near the cathedral exit of the A3.

Rent includes bills for council tax, water, TV license, high speed fibre broadband, electricity and gas.
Permit parking is available through application to the council, on the street outside at approx £80 per year.

No smokers, couples or couch potatoes please. I am looking for an independent, friendly, easy-going, professional who appreciates a clean home and relaxed environment.


As much as I adore animals, the house is not suitable for pets.
