The room is a fully furnished double bed room with a wardrobe, desk and chair along with bedside drawers- which comes with an en-suite bathroom. There’s plenty of light in the room as it has large windows which overlooks a green patch outside.

The room offered has bed linen - mattress and duvet and has been cleaned to high professional standards. The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub, shower, washbasin and toilet and is not shared with anyone else.

The house is very modern and tastefully furnished to very high standards, with a very spacious lounge area , 55 inch TV and open plan kitchen area. It has all amenities such as washing machine/ dryer, dish washer, vacuum cleaner , microwave and toaster and kitchen utensils / cutlery. There is a double oven , gas hobs and a fridge and freezer in the kitchen - with plenty of cupboards for storage. The flat is on the ground floor, in a gated development and absolutely noise free - as it’s off the main road. There’s plenty of off street parking - if you drive. The living room opens to a small patio and from the bed room - you can see the back gardens.
Theres a secured storage area for bikes as well at the property.

The location is close to the Town Centre and London Road /Guildford main station (both about 15-20 mins walk) There’s a bus stop within walking distance as well. Stores such as Coop , Sainsbury etc are also 15 - 20 mins walking distance. Stoke Park is also close by from the house. There is easy access to A3 / M25 as well.

The rent includes bills (council taxes, water tax, electricity, and high speed wifi) Looking for a female working professional room who’s vegetarian - someone who is quiet, tidy and sociable and respects the property.

I’m a friendly , helpful flatmate who works from home three days a week . The house is available from November 1st , is suitable for working professionals / mature students. Its not couple / pet friendly .
