About me
I am a 68-year-old female. I work from home sometimes and do go out quite a bit. I like to have a friendly relationship with housemates but understand the need for space and relaxation.

About the house
A friendly house and there will be 3 of us. A spacious 4-bedroom town house with a large and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room, a beautiful conservatory with great river views. I have an ensuite but use the bathroom that you would use sometimes. A garden and convenient street parking.

It is approximately 35-minute walk (10 mins in car) to the station, about 10 mins in car to Guildford Hospital and 6 minutes (2 miles) to the University.

Important note: This is a non smoking house, ensuring a clean and healthy living environment for all.
