As our existing housemate is moving out we now have a spare room avalble in a quiet house close to central Guildford. We are easy going and respect each others privacy and calm. We have one cat in the house and can agree to get one more if they can get along well enough.
There is chilli alergy in the house, so hopefully someone that will use it in moderation.
As to the deposit, it is 5 weeks rent but as I tried to put that in the system backfired on me. Don't know why but bare in mind that DEPOSIT will be more than 430. I calculated it to 537 pounds.
We have a garden and parking, both off street and our own driveway. And one in the house has a car already.
We are on council tax band E.
Bills and council tax in NOT included and we split those in between us.
