Hello, I need someone to takeover my tenancy until 07/09/24. It’s £199 a week bills included with no security deposit.
It’s a single en-suite (shower only) room with double bed and other furnishings in shared flat with 9 others, communal kitchen. Situated 20 minute walk from Guildford city centre, with the closest supermarket being a 10 minute walk away.
The property has 24 hour reception/overnight security. Included free are communal areas such as a gym, cinema room, laundry, games room, study areas and roof terrace.
Majority of other residents are university students, however, there have been no issues during my stay here. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming.
