Location: 1 min walk from ACM Campus, 12 min walk from The University of Surrey and The University of Law, 2 min walk from Guildford Train Station; 8 minute train ride to The Italia Conti Academy.

Total cost for 9 weeks: £1350.00 (instead of £1944.00).

We pay £216 but will accept a reduced rate of £150 per week as detailed above.

First floor, Premium En-Suite Room (newly refurbished in 23/24 - new mattress, newly painted). Consists of small double bed overlooking the canal, underbed storage space, large wardrobe, large desk and chair, en-suite bathroom (shower, sink with large vanity mirror and toilet.
