I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy which ends on the 27th of August with the opportunity to extend. Only moving to be closer to my family.
I have a cat so I assume pets are allowed (landlord is fully aware of the cat).
Rent is 600 a month which includes all bills and the housemates are quiet and keep to themselves.
It is a 750 deposit from what I remember but will check with the estate agents.
