Shared kitchen - all kitchen utensils available.
Shared living room - very spacious and bright.
Shared garden - we do not spend much time there, but it is a spacious place. You will have garden view through your bedroom's window.
The house is clean and tidy.
There is x1 parking space available (Karolina has a car, so she takes x1 spot already).
All bills included.
12 min walk to the main train station
10 min walk to town/ Pure Gym
3 min walk to BP/Co-op
5 min walk to Waitrose
20 min walk to Lidl

Honestly, this house is located in the most convenient spot - everything is walking distance and the neighbourhood is quiet, safe and friedly :)

About me: I am 28 years old Lithuanian and teach Health & Social Care at ESC. I dance salsa and bachata, keeping myself fit with gym and 5K runs.

About Karolina: she is 39 years old Polish working in hospitality. She loves yoga, Netflix, outdoors, nature and cinema.
We are both friendly girls who like to have their 'Me Time' sometimes, but mostly we are very social and outgoing.
