Hi, I am looking to move out from my current accommodation at Guildford Plaza and to do so, I'd need someone to take my flat until the end of the current lease which ends on 31st August 2026.

The building has just been finished 3 months ago, so effectively it only has had me living in it for 2 months and is practically still new. The lease also comes with an allowance of approximately £55/month for laundry use as part of the agreement and the rent also includes utility bills. It is kept tidy and is about 20m^2 and just off of the Guildford High Street so it is very close to all the amenities.
