En-suite Bankside Student Accom

En-suite room available for one tenant. Looking for a replacement tenant, as I am looking to move out due to circumstances with my course. The room is on the second floor of block C in Bankside Student Living Guildford.

The building is very nice, with a helpful reception and security to help with whatever you need. The building opposite the room has a laundrette, games room and gym.

The room is very comfortable and comes with wall sockets complete with additional USB ports in every one. There is additional storage space under the bed with ample room for storing stuff like suitcases etc. The window has a view of the opposing B block across the private parking lot, and always gets a lot of sunlight. There are additional light switches at the head of the bed to control the main lights, as well as smaller, hidden lights next to the bed.

The other flatmates are very nice and easy to get along with, and there are organised, accommodation events from time to time to take part in where you could meet other building or campus tenants.

For the room, there is a large communal kitchen to share with 6 other tenants. It has multiple stoves, large fridges and freezers and is very easy to cook in. There is also a small communal corner in the kitchen with sofas, a table and a TV.

The room is very easily accessible, with both stairs and a lift available. There are communal areas on the ground floor of the block where you can study quietly in the library section, or hang out with others in the kitchen/host pres there.

The building is only a 7 min walk away from campus, 15 min walk from the station, 20 min walk from central Guildford and 5 min walk from the local, huge Lidl.

The fees shown in this ad match my current own fees for this accom, and include everything like rent, electric, water and internet bills. Council taxes don’t apply to students.
