We are happy to leave a selection of kitchen utensils, cookware and basic equipment for the new tenant if needed, so you can move in and start cooking straight away.

We are a couple currently living here and are looking for a replacement tenant for our room in the flat, so you would be taking over an existing set‑up rather than moving into an empty property. Subject to agreement, we can leave some key furniture items such as a bed, table/desk and other pieces, which can be discussed and tailored to your needs at viewing or offer stage.

Tenancy length, move‑in date in February 2026 or later and any furniture to be left can all be agreed by mutual consent, and viewings (including video viewings) are available on request.
