We have a lovely small double bedroom left to fill for next year! We are all students at drama school who are clean and friendly. We are not a loud and noisy house, but do enjoy going to the pub together on the weekends. There are two bathrooms and two showers. The house is located near a bus stop- so is easily accessible to get into Guildford town centre in 15 minutes.
We are looking for a female tenant to stay with us from September 2026 for a year until the tenancy ends around July.
The room is located upstairs along with two other rooms, and another room downstairs, the area is quiet and nice, with a huge park located a few minutes walk away, perfect for walks on the weekend. The house is next to a train track, yet it is hardly noticeable (as in noise). There is also a small corner shop at the end of the road, and an Asda garage about a 10 minutes walk away walk away- next to the bus stop.
