Spare room Centre Guildford

Hi

I’m a 42 year old professional, looking to rent my spare room in the centre of Guildford. I’m friendly and sociable, but love my own space. It would be lovely to find a flatmate that is similarly minded, and happy to chat over an occasional wine.

I’ve also got 2 friendly cats, Bella and Milo.

I’ve spent the last year completely refurbishing so everything is brand new. There’s a few things I’m finishing off - replacing the living room floor, doors. The spare room is currently being used for storage etc, but I’d have it cleared and place a proper bed in there. The house is in the conservation area of Charlotteville. It’s a cute little community with loads of history, Victorian properties. It’s an 8 minute walk to the high street, and a few minutes walk to Pewly Downs.
