Bankside Riverview Standard EnSuite Room

I have a room at Bankside Private Student Accommodation, however, I recently decided not to live there but I need to find an occupant replacement, would anybody be interested.
The Room is a standard en-suite, with a 3/4 size bed with under-bed storage, a study desk and chair, bookshelf storage, a full length mirror and wardrobe. The en-suite includes a shower and WC. There is a shared kitchen and lounge area 2-ring induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer and a dining area. All utilities bills are included, gym, cinema lounge, courtyard, communal lounge, laundry room, study space, high speed internet, games hub, private dining room, CCTV, bike storage, library and vending machine.
