Female Housemate - Room with en-suite - Guildford

Hey! I’m looking for a like-minded female housemate to share my flat in Guildford. I work in film, so the place would suit another working professional with a similar routine.

The room is a good-sized double with its own en-suite, so you’ve got your own space and privacy. The flat itself is bright, calm, and nicely put together - very much a relaxed, cosy home rather than a party house.

📍 Location:
It’s an easy walk into Guildford town centre, with lots of lovely pubs, coffee spots and places to eat nearby. Guildford station is also a short walk, with direct trains into London Waterloo (~35 mins).

• Quiet, safe area
• Close to everything but still feels tucked away

I’m ideally looking for someone who’s friendly, tidy and independent — someone who enjoys a calm space during the week but is also up for the occasional glass of wine or catch-up.

Open to short-term, weekly or longer stays depending on what you need.
