Our flatmate has left his single room and we are looking for someone to replace him.
The rent is £460 month (not including bills). The house is for 4 people total, has a nice living room, a big garden, a shed and a basement, and is very close (few mins walk) to the station, uni campus, and town centre.
The room is fully furnished with single bed, wardrobe, bedside table and desk
The room is quite small, but considering the price and location is a great deal. Perfect for anyone on a budget who wants to be close to amenities in Guildford. Council tax and bills tend to come out to about £100-£150 a month but this can vary.
House is managed by Hoods Residential who have been great, they are attentive to any issues, fix things quickly etc.
