The shared house is located in the central Guildford and near Surrey University. It takes only five minutes walking to Guildford business park and there is 20 minutes walking distance to Guildford train station. The bus can also take you from the front of the house to town centre for just 7 minutes, and 2 supermarkets all are also on your doorstep.

the decoration of the house is of a high standard and you have access to the kitchen and garden for drying your clothes in the summer. The washing machine, fridge and tumble dryer are shared as are the storage cupboards in the kitchen. A fully compliant HMO with modern smoke, carbon monoxide and heat detectors are installed

The room is very spacious (about 175 square feet or 16.5 square meters) with ample of storage cupboards and built in wordrobes. You also have your own shower and basin in the room, and outside, there are two toilets that you will share with other 3 housemates.

The rental includes bills: council tax, super fast broadband, water, tv licence, normal usage of electricity and gas, regular cleaning in the common areas.

The room is only suitable for SINGLE OCCUPANCY, and It is suitable for a professional or PHD student. Bills
800 pounds for deposit and 925 pounds for monthly rental including bills. it is fully furnished and you can move in strait-away based on satisfied references and a job contract having been provided. No extra cost for bills (council tax, water, TV license, broad band, normal usage of electricity and gas).
