Friendly village house share

Hi, we are looking for a someone to take on our spare room as of the 1st January. The house is a large 1950's detached house with 3 double rooms and one generous single. At the minute there are 5 housemates; Emily, Jamie, Steven, Tom and Rich. We have two rooms available on this occasion, both very good sized doubles and one with built in wardrobes and a bay window.
We have a huge lounge with Free View TV, wireless broadband and a fully kitted out kitchen. We have an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs WC. We also have plenty of room inside our entrance hall for storing bikes. The house has 2 large gardens (perfect for BBQs) with a gardener is included in the rent. We are a 20 second walk from the local post office, bus stop and pub and a 15 minute cycle to Guildford town centre. There is also plenty of free off street parking next to the house.
The bills work out around £100 pcm so its still a bargain.
We are happy to have one couple live in the house.
