A spacious double bedroom in a large detached house in the Surrey Hills in Farley Green, about 7 miles from guildford.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bed side tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. it has its own en-suite bathroom. Shared living space and use of all household appliances. The garden is large and very pleasant. The bedroom is south-facing, and is on the ground floor whilst the family accommodation is upstairs, so there is a degree of privacy.

There is plentiful parking and some shed/ storage space , e. g. for a bike, can be made available if needed.

We are a couple and I work full time from a home office. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and will respect the house.

Farley Green is a quiet hamlet located near Guildford between Albury and Shere. The area is ideal for walking, cycling and riding. The pretty village of Shere is a five minute drive or 30 minute walk and has a convenience store. The nearest train station is in West Clandon (3 miles), which takes 50 minutes to reach London Waterloo. Guildford offers 35 minutes train services to London Waterloo.
