X Large double room. All the bills are included, including Council Tax. Fast internet Fibre Optic connection included, with a wireless and ethernet connection. The room is fully decorated with a double bed, bedside table, desk, wardrobe, drawer, and sofa chair.

A separate kitchen is available with a fridge, oven, microwave, hob, washing machine and dryer. Another kitchen will all the usual such as range cooker, dishwasher etc.

Shared bathroom with bath & shower with 1 other person sharing. There is private parking on the driveway to the house and secure surroundings with local shops.

Guildford Town Centre is 7 minutes away and the house is right next to Whitmoor Common down a private road, and access to many nice Country pubs etc. 5 minutes drive to Worplesdon train station and 10 minutes to Guildford, access A3, 5 minutes away.

The house has 7 bedrooms and is a wonderful home with friendly work from the home live-in owner. I am looking for a professional non-smoker who is easy to get on with.

You will likely require a car as the nearest bus line into Guildford is about a 6/7 minutes walk away.

I do have a 20-month puppy/teenager but so far his main ability is to lick people and hear when amazon is dropping things off but is super friendly.
