We have two double rooms available in a well decorated and furnished house share with spacious communal areas. The house is located about 1 1/2 miles north of Guildford town centre (5 minute drive or 25/30 minute walk) with easy access to the A3 and M25. The rent includes council tax, water and a gardening service.

We are looking for 1 friendly housemate to move in. We are all between 20-30 years and all work full time. We are a sociable house, sometimes go for drinks, BBQs in the summer. We equally like our own space and enjoy doing our own thing.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. Bathroom is only shared with 1 boy.

The house has a large lounge containing leather settees and a flat screen television which adjoins a large open plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer included). There is a large dining table and separate utility area. The house has two shared bathrooms and one en-suite.

We have a large garden and space on the driveway for four cars, there is also free parking on the quiet road outside the house. There is also a lockable shed in the garden for storing bikes etc.
