There is a large lounge with 2 leather sofas and separate dining room with table and chairs, ideal for dining/home working. The kitchen is well equipped with wall and base units and a dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. It also has the benefit of a downstairs toilet.

The house has been the subject of updating recently and has an efficient and well maintained central heating system, electrics and wooden flooring throughout.

There is a sunny garden which is paved and has new garden furniture, it is accessed via a side gate.
