The kitchen leads onto the Comfortable sociable living/ dining room, with wall mounted smart TV, dining table and sofa and chairs. The patios doors open onto a lovely sunny garden with sunny patios with garden furniture and BBQ.

The house comes with high speed broadband of over 100MB and all the bedrooms have their own TV aerial point.

We take a great deal of care selecting housemates, all housemates go through our tenant screening process.

Walking distance to the Hospital, Surrey Research Park, Surrey University and Guildford train station is only 2 miles away. Plus there is a regular bus service a few minutes away, plenty of parking and we have a lockable bike store.
