The house is airy, light and modern and is situated in the PERFECT location. It is a 5 minute walk from the main station and the town centre.
The room is furnished to include a double bed and mattress, a tall wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, shower/bath and storage cabinet.
The communal areas include a kitchen, 2 sofas, TV, with Sky TV and broadband, a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer to share with only 1 other person.
There is a grassy garden at the back for communal use and especially for BBQs on lovely summer days.
All bills are included in the rent along with a weekly cleaner of communal areas.
There will be 3 other housemates living there; 2 male and 1 female. We are looking for a female to join us to maintain "balance" in the house and preferably one that likes socialising, is tidy, but easy going.
Rent is £800pcm, with 1 month deposit.
Rent is inclusive of all bills and council tax.
There is currently no parking permit available so if you need parking, you would have to arrange this independently.
