Comfortable Double Bedroom in Modern Flat

Double room, the photos are from when we used it as an office but is in the process of being updated with a double bed etc…

We had been renting the flat out but I'm moving back in now and in need of a roommate. The date shown may slightly change depending on when the current tenants move out. The latest is 30th May but could be sooner.

There's a large shared garden at the back of the property (pictured) which is nice in the summer and maintained by gardeners so it always looks good. I've got an Ooni so it's great for pizzas! We have 1 allocated parking spot and a space by the garage where another car can be parked.

All the other tenants in the building are very quiet and you never really get disturbed by anyone.

The property is close to Haslemere town only a 5 min walk or so. Easy to commute to London as well. I walk to the station twice a week otherwise I work from home.

I do have a cat, his name is Morris and he is a British Shorthair so would need to be okay with this.
