Renting a cosy and light annex, with a double bedroom, ensuite and separate living space in a beautiful fully detached home. There is a shared kitchen, large enough for two people to cook at the same time. Whilst living here, you would have access to a huge garden and surrounding woodland area.

⁃ The house is a 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket and a 5-10 minute drive or 25 minute walk to Haslemere station, and the nearest pub is a 10 minute walk away
⁃ The home comes with parking.
⁃ All bills are included in the rent, including Wifi, and a cleaner who comes twice weekly to clean the communal areas.
⁃ Preference is for a female professional and single occupancy.

About me: I am a semi-retired medical professional with three adult children and two grandchildren who visit from time to time, and I have a dog and cat. I am a relaxed, respectful, tidy and sociable person. I enjoy sailing, walking, music, working, and spending time with friends and family.
