Property is still in the process of being redecorated having undergone a big refurb - this will have little impact on the new lodger.

There is a 'pure-water' system installed (fantastic for anyone with sensitive skin).
You will have full use of the decent sized, well equipped kitchen/living-room, and garden - a very secluded suntrap and lovely outdoor dining room!

Parking in drive - There is secure garage space for a bike/motor bike if needed.

Sorry, but please note this is A SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOM and a NO SMOKING house and garden.

Hersham Village is a short healthy walk away - Waitrose, library, pubs, various good eating places and takeaways.

Walton on Thames station is a pleasant 15/20min walk from the house.

Usual use of washing machine, fridge, etc, etc.

The household consists of myself, Fiona, a professional juggling a couple of jobs and travelling often - the lodgers are both busy people. If you join us, you will be replacing Agne who is moving in with her boyfriend. We are all going to miss her.


This is not a party house - all hard working and mature. A friendly group of people who are happy to stop for a chat and a cuppa/glass of wine with anyone who has time!
