Lovely bright and airy room in a peaceful home

Bedroom (Yours)

This is a neat and bright double bedroom on the top floor of a three story townhouse. The room is currently rented out via Airbnb with brilliant reviews. The house is beautifully and recently decorated and very clean, modern and tidy. I am only a short 5mins walk away from Walton on Thames mainline station. I have a lodger in the other upstairs room with whom the bathroom on the top floor will be shared. There is also a lovely room on the top floor (kitchenette) to relax in or have coffee / breakfast / dinner/ evening glass of wine with fridge, table and chairs, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. The downstairs full kitchen is also available with all cooking facilities.
I live on the middle floor with my own bathroom.. I also have my own private living room.
The ground floor is a shared area - open plan kitchen, dining area and garden / patio.
I am looking for someone who will be respectful to the house and occupants, preferably Monday to Friday. I am flexible here - if I find the right person then full time would also work.
