I have to let a large single with en-suite in an annex to my warm, comfortable and conventional home. It is available from now until the End of August.

I have family visiting me in September. Thie room will be available again in Ovtober

With use of well equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, dining room and well maintained garden, I hope to be able to offer a homely environment…

I am open to pets. Anything reasonable in a cage. Cats but no dogs.

Offering use of washing machine I can offer BT Infinity Broadband and free to air TV and Netflix..

I am looking for a mature( not necessarily old) sharer to live in my house and enjoy private sleeping and bathrooms with the use of common reception rooms.

I am an older widower with a reasonably active social life. I have two adult children and five young adult grandchildren all of whom live in the USA.

I am open to letting to men, women, straight and gay.

Details regarding laundry basic food sharing, common domestic chores and renters overnight guests to be resolved by conversation.

I might possibly be prepared to negotiate the rent for a solid let from March until the end of August.
