We are looking for a new tenant for our annexe. We think it would be best suited to a single person or a couple who need a pleasant location in which to live with minimum upkeep costs and effort.

There is off street parking for one car (No large vans allowed).

The rent includes all bills and internet via WiFi but the tenant will be responsible for paying his/her community charge (Approx £150).

Local amenities are located in Grayshott (approx. 1m), Shottermill (approx. 1m) and Haslemere (approx. 1.5m) to Railway Station with direct link to Waterloo and Portsmouth Harbour.
