There is a living room and well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. The house has fast wireless broadband, and parking on the drive. No smoking, and SINGLE occupancy only. Includes all bills etc. . Not a party house, would suit a mature professional person. Not suitable for shift workers, so would suit a 9-5 person. The bus no 20 which runs almost 24 hours stops almost outside. in order to not waste your time or mine, please tell me a bit about yourself, age job hours worked etc when enquiring.
